Acceptance

By accessing or using Delivery Omniverse or LRlite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

Service

Delivery Omniverse provides delivery orchestration software connecting commerce platforms, merchants, Fleet Operators and third-party delivery providers.

LRlite is one of the integrations available for supported commerce platforms, including WooCommerce.

Merchant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information.
• Use valid Workspace credentials.
• Comply with local laws.
• Ensure delivery information is accurate.
• Maintain appropriate customer communication.

Availability

Although we aim for high availability, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, infrastructure failures or third-party provider outages may temporarily affect the service.

Third-party Providers

Delivery Omniverse orchestrates deliveries with independent delivery providers and Fleet Operators. Availability, pricing and service levels depend on each provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delivery Omniverse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the latest published version.
